Here
at 1214 Enterprises ("Twelve Fourteen"), we offer a great blend
for our clients: unsurpassed customer service and attention to detail,
matched with top-shelf design and photo deliverables -- all in a package
to fit whatever your budget may be.
Another blend is our background in English/journalism as well as an eye for fine art. If we're working on a brochure for you, you can take for granted that copy editing is part of the package. So you get a designer AND someone with an expert command of grammar, diction, and syntax ... and in the day when multi-million-dollar ad campaigns still contain gaffes in "it's" or "its," being able to discern (and spell) subtle nuances in the language is no small thing.
We are able to combine the "worlds" of digital and 35mm film photography, depending on your preference and needs. And our digital is extremely high-end, with 8MP capability and a host of digital enhancements at our fingertips. Combining graphic design with digital photo is a natural partnership that allows our clients a "one-stop shopping" arrangement for their graphic print materials, website, and photographic needs.
Maybe most importantly, we are both old and young. Our design and photo exerience goes back almost 20 years to 1985, but we have only recently gone full-time from freelance. What does that mean for our clients? They get the great combination of two decades of experience, coupled with an eagerness to serve that comes with a new venture. Unfortunately, that rental car company got the tagline of "We try harder," but 1214 does too. We want you to be MORE than pleased with your final deliverables, and if we haven't EXCEEDED your expectations, then we haven't done our job.
